    • Leading teams of up to 12 (including 9 developers), working with the Engineering Manager, the CTO and the business

    • AI tools built into the team's daily work (Cursor, Copilot, agents, MCP), with clear review rules
    • Migration guides and agent skills to make upskilling repeatable (done at En Voiture Simone)
